- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, intends to issue a request for proposals to repair and replace portions of a hangar roof at Moore Air Base, Edinburg, Texas.� The project includes removing an existing foam roof system and installing a silicone-based roof coating. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. �The NAICS code is 238160, with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. �This procurement shall be set aside for small business firms only.� The solicitation and all other documents related to this procurement will be available on the beta.sam.gov site on or after July 31, 2020.
