VIRTUAL PRESOLICITATION CONFERENCE: July 10, 2020 (as amended)� SUBJECT:�Update #2�to�Draft Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. 72044020B00001 USAID Second Interim Measures for Dioxin Remediation at Bien Hoa Airbase Area (IM2)� Dear Prospective Bidders:� Referenced the subject draft IFB, the United States Agency for International Development in Vietnam (USAID/Vietnam) would like to: 1) Share a copy of� the pre-solicitation conference slide presentation which was held virtually on July 10, 2020; and, 2)�Provide responses to questions received on the subject draft IFB which originally�published on June 19, 2020. As referenced in the pre-soliciation conference and in the published Q&As, USAID/Vietnam is in the process of finalizing the IFB, taking into consideration feedback, questions, and comments received thus far.� Please keep monitoring this website for the issuance of the final IFB. Issuance of the draft IFB and its updates is in no way obligates USAID to award a contract, nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal. USAID reserves the right to reject any and all offers received. Award of a contract under this IFB is subject to availability of funds and other internal USAID approvals. Final award of any resultant contract cannot be made until funds have been fully appropriated, allocated, and committed through USAID�s internal procedures.
