- *** Amendement 3� The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Provide an answer for the following question: If the used water from the rubber and paint removal process is deemed non-hazardous from previous representative sampling (similar type work) and/or actual testing, how is it to be disposed? 2) Answer: Used water will be disposed at an off site location. *** Amendment 2 is to add the Q&A's submitted. The bid date has been extended to 24 July at� 11:59 pm MST. The question regarding the waste water from the rubber removal will be answer 20 July.� *** Amendment 1 is to add the drawings attachment. The due date remains 20 July 2020 11:59 pm MST. 366th Financial Acquistition Squadron at Mountain Home AFB, ID; this is a solicitation for construction services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 14, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation, Maintain Airfield Markings, FA4897-20-B-0002�is solicited as an invitation for bid (IFB). This acuisition will be a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 23710 with a size standard of $36.5M. Period of performance will be 120 calendar days. The project magnitude of this requirement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. It is�incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible bidder whose bid is the lowest price and meets the requirements. Evaluation of price will be based on the bidder's total price for all line items as delivered to the specified destination. The following factors shall be used to evaluate bids: 1. Price (all line items shall be priced). The bidder's initial quote shall contain the bidder's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and award a contract without correspondence, but reserves the right to correspond with contractors, if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The government reserves the right to make no award as a result of this solicitation. A site visit will be held 7 July 2020�at 10:00 am MST. Contractors needing access to Mountain Home AFB shall submit the SFS 30 no later than 29 June 2020�by 12:00 PM MST. The SFS 30 shall be submitted to Taylor Kanthack, via email only, at taylor.kanthack@us.af.mil. Bids are due, via email to taylor.kanthack@us.af.mil by 20 July at 11:59 pm MST. Mail in bids will not be accepted.��
