Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a construction requirement for a roofing system replacement. Work will include the removal of existing built up tar and gravel roofing in its entirety down to existing metal roof deck, and installation of a new fully adhered 90 mil EPDM membrane roofing system, including insulation, protection board, new metal fascia, gravel stop and cap flashing, and incidental related work. Please see attachment #1,�Solicitation (N6660420Q8150) for full information and detail regarding this requirement. In lieu of a site visit, additional photographs of the work area can be found in attachment #2.� Contractors do not have to�be JCP certified to receive the Solicitation, including�drawings, specifications, and photos,� but they must have an active CAGE Code.� If you are unable to request the attachments in beta.sam, please send e-mail to michael.ouellette@navy.mil and leslie.brazil@navy.mil and include company name, complete address and CAGE code.
