- This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued for the purchase and installation of a Video Surveillance System (VSS) at the Garmatz US Courthouse (MD1440) located in Baltimore, MD in accordance with the provided Statement of Work (SOW) and Terms and Conditions. This RFQ is an 100% total small business set-aside. There will be a one (1) site visit held on July 17, 2020. All vendors must pre-register to attend. Further details are provided in the RFQ document. Questions are due on July 22, 2020 at 12:00 PM EST. Amendment 0001�was attached�on July 8, 2020. Each vendor must ensure they acknowledge receipt of this amendment when they submit their quote. Amendment 0002 was attached on July 20, 2020. This amendment revised the SOW for this RFQ. Each vendor must ensure they acknowledge receipt of this amendment when they submit their quote.
