- Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to: Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc., 380 New York St, Redlands, CA 92373-8100 The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), code 22530, hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This action will be conducted under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This type of Department of Defense software license procurement - Commercial Joint Mapping Toolkit ArcGIS Enterprise is in support of the consolidated afloat network and enterprise systems. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: ARCGIS ENTERPRISE - MATERIAL 156049 COMMERCIAL JOINT MAPPING TOOLKIT (CJMTK) ARCGIS ENTERPRISE ADDITIONAL 50 CREATOR (FORMERLY NAMED USER LEVEL 2) PERPETUAL LICENSE Manufacturer: Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc QTY: 4 This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 541519 and the business size standard is 150. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing that it can perform these services may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Any comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted IN WRITING via e-mail to Keyshana.Harris@navy.mil. All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM) website prior to award of contract. Information can be found at https://www.sam.gov/. The proposed Solicitation Number is to be determined.
