- This requirement is for the replacement of the carpeting in buildings 401, 430, and 530. The proper NAICS code is 314110 - Carpet and Rug Mills, and the small business size standard is 1,500 Employees. The FSC is 7220 � Floor Coverings.� This is a 100% total small business set-aside.� The Air Force has a carpeting mandatory sourcing IDIQ.�� Carpet installers shall negotiate the price of the carpeting with the IDIQ contractors�found in the attached Statements of Work and provide their price in response to the solicitation.���Carpet specifications are also located in section 3.� The Electronic Submission of Quotes are due 31Jul20 @ 2:00 PM, to ryan.lafever.2@us.af.mil.� See attached Solicitation and other applicable attachments.
