COMBINED SYNOPSIS/Solicitation FOR SOLICITATION NO.� N64498-20-Q-5174 SUBJECT: Purchase of three (3) 40-foot long High Cube Open Side CONEX Shipping Containers SYNOPSIS DATE: 20 July 2020 CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: N64498 NAICS CODE: 332439 CLASSIFICATION CODE (PSC/FSC): 8145 INCUBMENT:� New effort, no incumbent ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE:� Q4 FY20 RESPONSE DATE: 20 August 2020 ANTICIPATED SET-ASIDE:� Total Small Business Set Aside CONTACT POINTS: Derek Diep; derek.diep@navy.mil DESCRIPTION: � This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for a commercial supply purchase. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is issuing a competitive solicitation for procurement of 40�L High Cube Open Side CONEX Shipping containers. The condition of the CONEX containers shall be either New or One Trip (Offeror must specify whether One Trip). The anticipated solicitation will include firm-fixed-price contract line items for procurement of three (3) 40�L High Cube Open Side CONEX Shipping containers to satisfy requirements. This solicitation is for a total small business set aside. All RFQs received prior to the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
