- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate RFQ will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301620U0095 and is issued as a RFQ. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07, DFARS change notice 20200114, and AFAC 2019-1001. This purchase is restricted to Small Business concerns under the NAICS code 339113 and the size standard 750 employees. There are two applicable attachments to this notice: FA301620U0095 RFQ - Modular Plate Carrier � FBO� (22 pages) and FA301620U0095 RFQ - Salient Characteristics� (1 page) 20 July 2020 Update: A third applicable attachment has been uploaded to this notice, ""FA301620U0095 RFQ - Modular Plate Carrier - FBO updated 20Jul20"" (22�pages)�which reflects the extension for the date responses are due.� The reponse due date has been extended from 20 July 2020 at 3:00PM Central Time�to 21 July 2020 at 3:00PM Central Time.� All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
