- Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) of Patuxent River, Maryland is requesting information and conducting market research to determine eligible vendors for the procurement of a Haas VF-9/40 CNC Machine in support of the Aircraft Prototype Systems Division.� Specific machining capabilities are included in Attachment A, Government Minimum Specification Document.� This RFI is not being provided as a formal Request for Quote (RFQ); however, any quote submitted will only be evaluated on the information provided within the quote.� Any resultant contract type will be Firm Fixed-Price (FFP); therefore, the vendor shall provide their best terms from a pricing and technical perspective. �Any interested vendor shall not consider this request as a commitment.� The Government is not obligated and will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this RFI. The vendor shall provide the following information and answers to questions: Cage and DUNS Code Are the specifications identified in Attachment A. Government Minimum Specification Document on a commercial published, on-line or internal price list?� If available, could a copy be provided?� All pricing information will be confidential. Provide information determining the vendor is an authorized reseller and distributor of Haas VF-9/40 CNC Machining brand name products and services. Estimated Delivery Date/Item Lead Time ����������� The following attachments are being provided: Government Minimum Specification Document � �Invoice and payment will be made through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) under the terms net 30.� As of 1 October 2007, prospective vendors must be registered in WAWF in order to process any government payment.� If the vendor is not registered, you may do so at https://wawf.eb.mil.������� ���������� To be considered eligible, the vendor must be capable of providing all items and support services identified in Attachment A.
