- This Sources Sought Notice serves as a market research tool and is being utilized for planning purposes to determine the availability of potential sources prior to determining a method of acquisition. No awards will be made from this notice. No solicitation is available at this time. Therefore, vendors shall not request a copy of a solicitation. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a future acquisition. 765 ABS/CONF/PKA issues this notice on behalf of Lajes Air Field, Azores, Portugal. All interested vendors should be aware that for the future acquisition of these items, only those vendors which have active registration in the federal government�s vendor database, System for Award Management (SAM.gov), shall be considered. The following items are required by Lajes Air Field, with the PSC 5210 and NAICS 334519: Trimble R12 GNSS System with TSC7 Controller- Quantity: two (2) Trimble S7 Total Station- Quantity: one (1) See attached item description for full requirement specifications of above items. Interested vendors responding to this notice shall provide confirmation that they are capable of delivering all specified items to the following remote shipping address: Base Aerea No. 4 Avenida do Imperio Terceira, Azores, Portugal 9760-277 In addition to a statement of capability, interested vendors shall provide the following: Offeror�s name Address Point of contact Phone number E-mail address DUNS number CAGE code All responses are to be submitted in English. This is neither a Request for Proposal nor a Request for Quote. There is no solicitation available with this request for information. This notice does not constitute a procurement commitment by the United States Air Force, implied or otherwise. No contract will be awarded from this notice. Responses are strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified information. All responses shall be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist no later than 2:00 PM Azores Local Time on Monday, August 3, 2020.
