Description: The Government intends to make a sole-source award to Buffalo Pumps for parts required to repair centrifugal pumps that are installed on MSC�s T-AKE class of ships. Buffalo Pumps is the sole source OEM parts provider for said pumps that are classified as �critical equipment�.� This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
