Description

Requirment Name:�Cleaning and Inspection of Kitchen Hoods and Exhaust System at Yokota Air Base and Tama Service Annex, Japan RFQ: FA520920Q0028 Note 1: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Note 2 :� The sentence stated on the paragraph 2.12.1 of PWS�""A copy of the training certificate shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer with the Contractor�s proposal for technical evaluation.""��shall be required after award, not for source selection.� The purpose of the sentence is to determine the technical acceptability of the new Contract Manager during the Performance Period after award.
