- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers � New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Fence and Railing Replacement and Painting, Barre, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to replace the railing and gate system, replace portions of inlet fence, and paint the gatehouse roof safety railing, gatehouse door, inlet support rail, anchor points and maintenance access point covers in accordance with the Statement of Work. This is not a request for offers at this time.� The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about August 7, 2020.� Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted.� The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the betaSAM website (www.betaSAM.gov).� This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
