- Description
- This acquisition is conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with the guidance provided in FAR Part 13. This section provides general guidance for preparing quotes, as well as specific instructions on the format and content of the quote. Throughout this section, the term �offeror� means the prime contractor submitting the quote. The offeror�s quote must include all data and information requested and must be submitted in accordance with these instructions. Any offeror who submits an incomplete package may be considered ineligible for evaluation. The offer shall be compliant with the requirements as stated in the Request for Quote (RFQ). An offer that is sufficiently documented to support price and technical requirements in a complete, orderly, and specific detailed manner will enable the Government to perform a thorough and fair evaluation. Noncompliance with the instructions and RFQ may result in an unfavorable quote evaluation and may be grounds to dismiss it from consideration for contract award. Renovate for MFRC Phase 1 B1249 to B5725 - Lackland AFB, San Antonio, Texas This project is 100% setaside for Small Business. NAICS 236220. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Instructions: The offeror shall complete the following SF 18 Selections as part of the offer and submit the following documents: Section A: SF 18 with completed blocks 12, and 13. An Authorized official of the firm must sign the SF 18 block 14 Section B: Complete pricing information CLINs 0001 and 0002. Section I: Complete appropriate certifications in clauses 52.223-3, and 252.223-7001. Section K: Complete all appropriate and applicable Representations and Certifications Please submit quotes by emailing a response to MSgt Christopher Henry at christopher.henry.7@us.af.mil no later than 11:00 a.m. local San Antonio, TX time on (Wednesday) 19 Aug 2020 (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its quote firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received. Due to current COVID-19 conditions and base access limitations, a live site visit will not be conducted.
