- Exhibit 1 - W911S8-20-Q-0010 Request for Quote - provides full information for this solicitation. A site visit is scheduled on 4 August, 2020 at 13:00 AM PDT. Interested attendees are asked to meet at the entrance to BLDG 2001, JBLM, WA. This will be the only site visit conducted; requests for additional site visits will be denied. Potential vendors must register with CPT Elena Savchenko no later than 2:00 PM PDT on 3 August, 2020. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is recommended but not required; vendors are responsible for providing their own PPE. Potential vendors requiring post access assistance should contact Mitch Hayes via email at mitchell.r.hayes2.civ@mail.mil no later than 2:00 PM PDT on 3 August, 2020. All questions during the site visit will be submitted to CPT Savchenko at elena.d.savchenko.mil@mail.mil. Proposals are due by 14 August 2020 no later than 3:00PM PDT.
