Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau), Community Treatment Services Contracting; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health services in Las Vegas, Nevada. The services provided should be within a seven mile radius of Las Vegas City Hall, 495 S. Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101 and 0.5 mile from a Las Vegas, Nevada, public transit bus stop. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period expected to begin on October 1, 2020 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending on September 30, 2025 (if all options are renewed). The following required services may be sub-contracted to other licensed contractors. Base Year:� Substance Abuse Treatment Services: 45 Inmates Substance Use Intake: (one per authorize inmate) for 45 inmates = 45 intakes. Substance Use Assessments & Report: (one per authorized inmate) for 45 inmates = 45 assessments Individual Counseling Sessions: �24 units (30 minutes = 1 unit) x 45 (per inmate) = 1080 units Group Counseling Sessions: 70 units (30 minutes = 1 unit) x 45 (per inmate) = 3150 units Family Counseling: 8 units (30 minutes = 1 unit) x 2 (per inmate) = 16 units Mental Health Treatment Services:�15 Inmates� Mental Health Intake: (one per inmate) for 15 inmates = 15 Intakes Mental Health Intake Assessment & Report: (one per inmate) for 12 inmates = 12 units Psychiatric Evaluation & Report: 1 report per authorized inmate x 12 inmates = 12 reports Crisis Intervention: 1 intervention per inmate for 2 inmates = 2 units Mental Health Individual Counseling: 32 units (30 minutes =1 unit) per inmate for 12 inmates = 384 units Mental Health Medication Monitoring: (2 visits per inmate) for 12 inmates = 24 monitoring visits Administration of Medication: 3 units for 3 inmates = 9 units Mental Health Group Counseling: 12 units (30 minutes = 1 unit) per inmate for 3 inmates = 36 units Transportation: 124 trips (1 trip = 1 unit) for 62 inmates = 7688 Units Option Year One:� Substance Abuse Treatment Services: 45 Inmates Substance Use Intake: (one per authorize inmate) for 45 inmates = 45 intakes.
