Amendment 1 is issued -- please refer to the attachment titled, ""Amendment 1 to W81K0220Q0177Att1."" --- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific, Bldg 339 Clark Road, Ft Shafter, HI 96858, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements for Genetic Testing for Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation number is W81K0220Q0177. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06. The Product Service Code is Q301, size standard is $35.0M and the NAICS code of 621511.� This procurement is Unrestricted. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating is not applicable.
