- Description
- The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award on a SDVOSB sole source basis, a single contract with firm-fixed-price provisions to Kern Technology Group, LLC, Inc. - for INSURV Logistician and Writer/Recorder services in support of United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC). Services will commence on/around 24 Aug 2020 for a one year-base period. The contract will also contain two twelve month options and FAR clause 52.217-8 6 month extension, which will allow performance to continue through 23 Feb 20204 if all options and extension are exercised. This action will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR 6.302-5(b)(6) and FAR 19.1406 � Sole Source Awards to Service-disabled Veteran-owned Small Business Concerns.�� �A request for information (RFI)/sources sought notice (ID N6302320RC003RC) associated with this solicitation was posted on 30 April 2020 to identify interested sources and to obtain feedback on a draft Performance Work Statement. As a result of information obtained from responses to the RFI/sources sought notice, this requirement will be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned source sole award. The activity�s small business office concurs with this determination.� The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 541330. The size standard is $38.5 million. The Product Service Code is R425. The anticipated award date is no later than 30 July 2020. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, by 12:00 p.m. Eastern time on 28 July 2020, which will be considered by the agency.
