- General Statement of Purpose of the Contract The USPSC will serve as the Health Delivery Team Lead �and will be responsible for providing technical leadership and strategic management in service delivery for non-PEPFAR health programs totaling approximately $25 million per year, plus additional funding of $3.2 currently for COVID19 related activities.� The HSD Team Lead will be a part of the overall Health Office Management Team and be responsible for contributing to results in specific elements of the health portfolio.�
