- Solicitation# W91364-20-Q-0053 RTI Catered Meals The Ohio National Guard has a requirement for catered meals on the following dates: 9-23 August, 2020 The meals will need to be delivered to: 4497 Hawk Dr. McConnelsville, OH. 43756 Quotes must comply with the requirements set forth in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Quotes must include sufficient information (i.e. menus, licenses and certifications) that allow the OHARNG to determine whether they meet the necessary minimum requirements. Failure to submit sufficient product information may result in the rejection of your quote. � Vendors must provide sufficient documentation demonstrating that they possess an Ohio Food Service License.� This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 722320. The small business size standard is $8,000,000.00 This award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. It will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price that meets the requirements set forth in the SOW All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency (FAR 5.207(c)(i)). Proposals are due by 12:00 pm 3 August, 2020 EST. You may submit your quotes through the government Point of Entry at https://beta.sam.gov/ or you may email them directly to the Contract Specialist by email at herbert.l.brown24.mil@mail.mil. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Respondents to this Request for Quote (RFQ) must be registered in SAM. You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process. Requests for Clarification (RFC) must be to the Contract Specialist in writing via email to herbert.l.brown24.mil@mail.mil. No questions will be taken by phone. Responses to RFC�s will sent to all vendors in a question/answer format. RFQ�s must be submitted by 12:00 PM 29 July, 2020 The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards. Please ensure that your proposals include sam.gov cage code and accurate POC information.
