Description

Womack Army Medical Center �has a requirement to provide ALGO-PACKS � Auditory Hearing Test Kits, Item # 040546 with 36 screens per box in support of Labor and Delivery Departments; Pediatrics and Mother Baby Unit.� The Period of Performance is one Base year plus two option years, 1 October 2020 to 30 September 2023.� Without these items, testing of newborn infants and small children will not be able to have screening test for any hearing issues identified by Medical Personnel.
