- This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number W913E520Q0031 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515 � Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals, which has a size standard of 750 employees. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) has a requirement to procure ten (10) Campbell Scientific dataloggers for vibrating-wire sensors with radio data communication and control system.� The dataloggers must be compatible operating with Geokon vibrating-wire stress sensors, each datalogger must include a 900 Mhz radio data communication system, and two compatible 900 MHz radio control systems with control data loggers, suitable for Arctic sea ice field conditions (-40 C to 70 C operating range).� The dataloggers shall be brand name to Campbell Scientific.
