- The USGS, Hydrological Instrumentation Facility (HIF) has a requirement for a GNSS RECEIVER AND ACCESSORIES in accordance with the attached specifications. There are no options items included in this requirement. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0120Q0227 will be issued on or about 0728/2020 and quotes are due 08/04/2020 at 11:00 a.m. CST.
