- Five proposals were received for the subject solicitation on 16 June 2020. Proposals were evaluated in accordance with the solicitation documents. Award was made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. The base period performance period is 01 August 2020 to 31 July 2021.� The contract contains provisions for a 12-month base period plus four 12-month options periods.� The contract will not exceed $5,000,000.00 or 60 months whichever comes first.� This��is an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with non-recurring work requirements for Sampling services related to asbestos, lead, PCBs, and additional other services as needed including a Private Qualified Person (PQP). Sampling will take place at various buildings at Naval Support Activity (NSA Crane), Crane, Indiana and Glendora Testing Facility, Sullivan, Indiana.� The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, supervision, quality control, and management necessary to perform all work requirements for environmental sampling to meet required standards.� Asbestos inspections must be done by Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) trained and certified technicians licensed in the State of Indiana.���
