- Rolling Awards - 8(a) SubPool 1 Flowdown Awards Awardees and Apparent Successful Offerors List In accordance with Section A.1.3(c) and Section M.3(i)1 of 8(a) SubPool On-Ramping solicitation no. GS00Q-13-DR-0002-8(a), the Government is issuing awards to existing OASIS SB contractors who automatically qualify for the SubPool (flowdowns) prior to issuing awards to the �open season� On-Ramping where award is determined by the 8(a) set-aside competition.� These are additional companies to the 8(a) SubPool 1 flowdown award lists on 4/17/2020, 6/9/2020, 6/30/2020�that have:� been identified as an awardee / apparent successful offeror in the concurrent OASIS SB Pool 1 On-Ramp Rolling Awards Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 or were already an existing OASIS SB Pool 1 contract holder prior to the On-Ramp, elected to be considered for a flowdown award in Symphony and proposed with all CTA members (if a CTA) who are current participants in the 8(a) Business Development program at the time of proposal submission if an awardee / apparent successful offeror in the concurrent OASIS SB Pool 1 On-Ramp Rolling Awards Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3, and� been determined eligible by SBA to receive an 8(a) contract award under the assigned SBA Requirement Number of IR1542815884S. � Further SubPool flowdown awards will continue to be issued on a rolling basis. There is no limitation on the number of SubPool flowdown awards issued to existing OASIS SB contractors, and they do not count towards the maximum number of awards resulting from open season competition in each SubPool detailed in Section A.1.3(d), Section M.2(c), and Section M.3(j) of the solicitation. At this time, open season competition award decisions have not been made. Evaluations are currently ongoing for competitive awards with award decisions anticipated midsummer 2020. Only those Offerors who have received a FAR 15.503(b) Notification of Unsuccessful Offeror have been removed from consideration. If your company has not received such a notification, then your offer is still under evaluation and consideration for award. GSA will issue individual notifications to Offeror points of contact who were authorized to access the Offeror's proposal in Symphony at the time of proposal submission.� Note: Companies not marked with an asterisk (*) are final awardees for this�fourth group of 8(a) SubPool 1 flowdown awards. Companies marked with an asterisk (*) are apparent successful offerors pending a pre-award accounting system review. The companies are listed in alphabetical order.
