- Description
- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, TX 75247, intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Rio Grande Valley Communications Group (RGVCG) of McAllen, TX for public safety radio network services. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities of the radio infrastructure of the RGVCG, which was established as a region-wide public safety radio network, operating under shared standards, allowing for communications interoperability between contracted entities. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation.
