- Page 2 of 2 The Erie VAMC has a requirement to procure services to replace the server of the security system currently in use at the facility. NCO 4, having analyzed schedule pricing from other vendors, has determined it is in the best interest of the Government to procure the replacement of outdated security system equipment directly from Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. NCO 4 intends to award a one year contract.
