- The purpose of this notice is to publish the NGA BIG-R BAA General Solicitation.� See Attachments/Links. Abstracts and Proposals are being requested as a part of the Topic Announcements. Please refer to the attached Topic Announcements for Abstract and Proposal due dates.�� Interested parties should continue to monitor this announcement, HM0476-20-BAA-0001, for additional information and release of future topics. The BIGR BAA General Solicitation, HM0476-20-BAA-0001 is amended 31 July 2020 to provide administrative revisions to contractual terminology, Abstract Submission Instructions and section numbering. TOPIC 1 - Topic 1 has been posted to the ARC website at https://acq.westfields.net/. Interested vendors will need to register for an account to get access. After logging into the ARC proceed to NGA -> NGA Efforts -> BIGR BAA -> and click on the Topic 1 tab at the top. All due dates are listed in the Topic 1 announcement. TOPIC 1 Posted Here: Topic 1 has now been posted to the BETA.SAM Website for ease of access for contractors. The information displayed here is the same information that is displayed at the ARC site.
