Description
Interest offerors should contact Christopher Rego for site visit information - Christopher.M.Rego@usace.army.mil (904) 304-5364.� Details for the site visit are as follows: The site visit will be on 3 Aug 2020 at 11 am. We will meet at the southern end of the project located off of SR90 (Tamiami Trail) and Tomato Road. See attached file. We will meet at the end of Tomato Road before it turns to the North. There you will sign in, receive a quick briefing, then we will proceed with the site visit. We ask that you limit the amount of vehicles on site as we will be going through some tight and rough terrain. Also, we ask that you observe the current guidelines regarding COVID-19 and practice social distancing while on the site visit. Please note that we are tracking a storm to the south of Florida that could impact the site visit. If this occurs, we will inform you and provide any new information for the visit.� If you have any questions regarding the site visit, please let Chris Rego know. The Jacksonville District is procuring construction services for the Picayune Strand Restoration Project (PSRP) Southwest Protection Feature (SWPF) Levee, located in Collier County, Florida. The project consists of constructing 7 miles of levee and associated conveyance canal, installing a triple barrel culvert in the existing Lipman canal and another in the conveyance canal, installing a double barrel culvert through the levee, constructing an access road to the levee, and resurfacing an existing road to be used for access.
