- VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (VA NIHCS) has a requirement for Fire Alarm and Automatic Sprinkler Systems Inspection and Testing. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is August 24, 2020 for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 3, 2020. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.beta.sam.gov. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the following e-mail address: olalekan.ismail@va.gov no later than August 5, 2020 at 2:00p.m.. Quotations are due no later than 12:00 Noon (EST) on August 7, 2020 by email olalekan.ismail@va.gov or at Network Contract Office 10 (NCO10), 8888 Keystone Crossing, Suite 1100, Indianapolis, IN 46240 NAICS 561621 applies. Size standards $22 Million.
