- QUESTIONS: Questions on this solicitation need to be submitted to the Contract Specialist� by Wednesday, July 22, by 5pm EST. Questions are to be submitted �to Richard.C.Klein@usace.army.mil The Government is specifically seeking� 8(a) small businesses that are interested and capable of providing operations and maintenance support services required to sustain and restore real property assets, to include all plant, property, and equipment for the Humphreys Engineer Center (HEC) located in Alexandria, VA. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a competitive 8(a) set-aside. Site Visit: A site visit for this requirement is highly encouraged. The site visit will be held on Monday, July 20 2020 at 10:00 am at HECSA. Interested vendors shall provide the following information via email to Richard Klein by Monday, July 13, 2020 for the site visits. Required submission of site visit request to be sent to Richard.C.Klein@usace.army.mil or via phone at 703-428-7943 and must include the following for each visitor: Full Name SSN Date of Birth Place of Birth MUST BE U.S. CITIZEN; U.S. Citizens born abroad must present copy of Passport or Naturalization Papers. Note: Each Contractor can bring only two (2) reps to the site visit; they must wear a face mask while attending.
