- Page 2 of 2 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office (NCO) 22 - Gilbert intends to solicit for a contractor to provide Ambulatory Cardiac Monitoring Services. The required services are to be performed for the Phoenix VA Healthcare System located in Phoenix, Arizona. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, and the contract period will be for a one (1) year period, with four (4) potential option years to be exercised at the option of the Government. Based on the results of market research under Sources Sought Notice 36C25820Q0266, posted on 06/29/2020 at https://beta.sam.gov/, an electronic solicitation may be issued on or about 08/11/2020 at https://beta.sam.gov/.
