- ***NOTICE OF AMENDMENT*** The follolwing is a notice to amend the current solicitation due to a clerical error. Please sign and return a copy of the amendment that will be attached to acknowled recipt of the change with your proposal.� All communications shall be with contracting staff ONLY electonically. The puropose of this amendment is to update PDF with the property titles, so they are in order and easier to read for the puropes of this procurement action. Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation 12FPC120Q0058; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number for this procurement is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-05 03-30-2020. (iii) The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) can be accessed on the Internet at http://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.htm /. (iv) This procurement is set-aside 100% for Small Business and falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541191 � Title Abstract and Settlement Offices.
