- PROJECT LOCATION: U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Region 3, Horicon National Wildlife Refuge, Dodge County, Wisconsin ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: Potential Offerors are advised that this procurement is a Total Small Business Set-aside without further socio-economic set aside in accordance with FAR 19.203(c). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with a size standard of $39.5 million. The Solicitation Package will be available via electronic commerce on beta.SAM.gov on or about August 14, 2020 with Proposals due on or about September 14, 2020. The Solicitation Package will include, at a minimum, the following: Specifications, Drawings, and Prevailing Wage Determinations. Please ensure you have a complete downloaded Solicitation Package before submitting your Proposal. It is the Contractor's responsibility to ensure that they receive all appropriate solicitation documents to submit a competitive Proposal. PROJECT CONSISTS OF: Laying 7 inch thick fiber reinforced concrete paving including mobilization and demobilization, removing and stockpiling of existing parking lot base, placing, shaping, and compacting of embankment fill and aggregate, installing a trench drain system with PVC piping, installing a reinforced concrete end outlet, miscellaneous grading, and placing topsoil and seeding on disturbed areas not receiving paving. Work also includes surveying and setting grade stakes to ensure positive drainage. This project will have two additives and those will be detailed out in the full solicitation package. SITE VISIT: Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Site visit details will be provided when the full solicitation package is available.
