- Please review the attached Request for Proposal and all corresponding documents. The period of performance is for 12 months, with four 12-month option periods. Provide a price breakdown (labor, equipment, etc.) for the total timeframe by year. There will be a site visit on August 7, 2020. Only one representative per company will be allowed onto the premises, who will be required to wear a proper face covering per CDC recommendations.�The representative's information must be submitted using the attached ""Blank Contractor Form"" spreadsheet. Submit form directly to quinecia.d.pryor@cbp.dhs.gov by August 5, 2020. After clearance, details of the site visit will be emailed directly to the vendor's rerpesentative. Questions must be submitted by August 10, 2020 at 9:00am CST to severino.sarabia@cbp.dhs.gov.
