- Repair/Renovate Helping Hands Building 2670 Edwards Air Force Base, CA DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The basic scope entails but is not limited to the following: Repair restrooms, remediate lead, and asbestos, remove and replace fire suppression/fire alarm system, remove and replace drop ceiling, replace lighting, and remove and replace HVAC ducting system for Building 2670. The estimated magnitude of construction is $5,000,000 - $10,000,000. The site visit is June 9, 2020 at 9:00AM.� Please see section 00 21 13 for particulars regarding attendance.�
