- The USPFO for West Virginia intends to issue an Invitation for Bid to award a single firm fixed-price contract for construction to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to remove the existing asphalt shingled roofs and install new 30-year Dimensional Shingled roofs for multiple buildings located on Camp Dawson near Kingwood, West Virginia. All work shall comply with trade standards and all applicable codes. The contract duration is 30 days after NTP. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238160, with a size standard of $16,500,000.001. The magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000.
