Description

The USPFO for West Virginia intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed price contract for construction to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, warranties and supervision necessary to replace the carpeting located in the original Regional Training Institute�s (RTI) lodging area. Due to the age of the carpet and the styles located in the RTI addition�s lodging area, the carpet replacement will provide new carpet that will match with the carpet and pattern in these areas. The worksite is located at the Regional Training Institute (RTI) Camp Dawson, Kingwood, WV 26537. All work shall comply with trade standards and all applicable codes. The contract duration is 30 days after NTP. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238330, with a size standard of $16,500,000.00. The magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
