- TITLE: N33191-20-R-4024 PAINTING, PAVING, AND ROOFING, NAVAL STATION ROTA, SPAIN **Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the RFP Due Date to 03 August 2020 at 10:00 Central European Summer Time (CEST). **Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is revise the RFP, ELIN attachment,�and answer PPI.� Please see Amendment 0001 and related attachment�in the attachment section. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The w ork includes, but is not limited to perform construction, repair, alteration, and maintenance services for painting, paving, and roofing at Naval Station Rota, Spain. The contract w ill be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract that includes Firm Fixed Prices. Duration of this Contract is a 12 month Base Year w ith four (4), 12-month Options, f or a total of 60 months to be executed at the Government's discretion. The period of performance for the base year of the contract is 365 days. The Period of Performance for Task Orders w ill be established on the individual task orders. The maximum aggregate value of aw arded task orders is $15,000,000. Task order range for this contract is $3,000 to $1,000,000 (how ever, smaller and/or larger values may be considered). The guaranteed minimum is $5,000 and shall be obligated during the base period. FIRMS MUST HOLD THE REQUIRED SPANISH CERTIFICATES OF CLASSIFICATION TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
