- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a requirement for Chiller Replacement at the Monmouth Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) located at 338 Newman Springs Road, Red Bank, NJ 07701. The contactor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to perform requirements in accordance with the Specifications Of Work (SOW). All repairs outlined in the SOW shall be performed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that apply to the principal nature of the acquisition: 238220 � Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $16,500,000.00. **Quotes shall be valid for 120 Days.** THIS IS A 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
