- This constitutes Amendment 0009�to provide the following:� (1) work item 028 is removed from the package. (2) Revised work item 802 was added in Amendment 008 and erroneously not documented. (3) Revised J-1, J-2 and J-3 is incorporated in this amendment. This constitutes Amendment 0008�to provide the following: (1)�Category �A� work item 021 101, 111, 112, 114, 116, 206, 516 and 616 are erroneously listed in Section C-2.� Work Item 021, 114, 116, and 206 shall be removed (2)Category �A� work item 026, 090, 101, 111, 112, 511, 516, 518 and Category �B� work item 110, and 926 shall be added to the package. (3) Revised J-1, J-2 and J-3 shall be provided. (4) Final Proposal Revisions are due on 2pm Aug 7, 2020. (5)�The CLIN information in Section B, C-2, H-3(f), H-4(f), L-9 and M-4 (5) is revised. This constitutes Amendment 0007�to provide the following: (1) To provide revised�Work Items 0801 and 0802 via E-mail. This constitutes Amendment 0006�to provide the following: (1)��Change Block 9 of page one (1) to reflect the solicitation response date is changed to 12�June 2020 at 2 PM Eastern. (2) Provide revised work items 0018 and 0506. Work items are provided via E-mail. (3) RFCs No. 10 is incorporated in this amendment. Referneces and Phontos are proved via AMRDEC Safe. (4) Work Items 202 and 207 have been removed from page 15 of the solicitation. This constitutes Amendment 0005 to provide the following: (1) Provide revised work item 501, 502 and 607.� (2) RFC No. 8 and 9 are incorporated in this amendment.� References and photos are provided via AMRDEC Safe.� (3) Section L-2 is changed to �Offers shall be mailed through commercial/Government carrier, hand-carried or via DoD Safe. (7) WIs 302,655 and 706 have been added to the C2 document. WIs 516 and 705 have been removed from the C2 document. Military Sealift Command - Norfolk contracting office is seeking Proposals/Bids for the Midterm Avialability�(MTA) on the USNS ZEUS�(ARC�- 7) commencing on or about 16�NOV�2020 for ninety�(90) calendar days. � See attached Solicitation, J-Attachments, Contract Data Requirements, and Redacted Justification and Approval. �Interested contractors must complete J-14 Non-Disclosure Agreement in order to receive the work item package, drawings and references. �
