- Description
- Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command has a requirement for 6 each pier fender systems to be purchased and installed with an additional optional quantity of up to 4 additional systems. The Government intends to award a purchase order type contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line Items. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as a Small Business Set Aside.� The solicitation will be posted under this synopsis.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 333318, and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees.� This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government Amendment 01�- Updates Attachment 1 and edits FAR 52.212-1 to allow for the coordination of site visits.
