- USDA APHIS�The NVS seeks a contract to purchase a horizontal grinder unit for use during animal health emergencies or other situations where depopulation must be accomplished for humane reasons. The equipment will be used to grind, stabilize, and reduce volume of materials prior to composting or another disposal method. Amendment 1 will be issued by July 29, 2020 if not sooner and will provide answers to questions received and include an extended due date for proposals. Amendment 2 is issued to correct an error on the pricing schedule.
