Description

The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA) NMFS, Office of Law Enforcement, has a brand name�requirement for the annual renewal of 2 each Cellebrite UFED 4PC Ultimate Software - 1 year plus 4 option years, SMS Renewal Part# A-SOW-11-003. �Only authorized Cellebrite resellers shall be considered. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation number is 1333LF20QNFFK45; hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the FedBizOpps site for the solicitation and all subsequent amendments. This acquisition will be awarded as a firm -fixed price order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, vendors must obtain a DUNS number (this may be done by calling 1-800-333-0505) and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) www.beta.sam.� The solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07, effective July 02, 2020. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 511210 with a size standard of $41.5M. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered.
