- 7/31/2020:�� � � � � �We will accept generic equivalent for the 3� � � � � �items below,same quantity. � � � � �0007 - 100FT ETHERNET CABLE (CAT-6) � � � � �0008 - HDMI-HDMI � 75 Foot Cable � � � � �0009 � HDMI Signal Booster � Extend HDMI� � � � � � � � � � � � �signal up to 105 Feet� Solicitation N00421-20-T-0032 is issued as a brand name procurement.� The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for CISCO items listed (must be an authorized CISCO certified� Partner), under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Items must be compatible with existing equipment.� In research of comparable capabilities, it has been determined that Cisco products will take roughly half the installation time, half the power requirement to run, and the most bandwidth of existing products.� Offeror�s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.� This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. See Attached RFQ Items must be brand new Items must be TAA Compliant Please include any IUID tag fees and shipping fees. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should represent the vendor�s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.� Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide. ***Basis for Award*** The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis.� Only brand name responses will be considered.� Vendor must be an authorized CISCO certified Partner for CISCO products.� All offerors shall certify that they are a Cisco Partner as of the date of the submission of their offer, and that they have the certification/specialization level required by Cisco to support both the product sale and product pricing.� The offeror shall source Cisco products directly from Cisco or through US authorized distribution channels only.� Products obtained outside these channels will not be accepted due to additional relicensing and inspection fees.� In regards to all questions pertaining to the validity of the Cisco products, customer reserves the right to verify the origin of the Cisco products with Cisco Systems, Inc.� In the event the Cisco products have been acquired from unauthorized channels, customer further reserves the right to return the product for a full refund.� No equal to or refurbished products will be considered.� Award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price, brand name quotation.� ***Instructions to offeror�s*** Please include the following information with your response: FOB: DESTINATION Shipping Cost: DESTINATION Tax ID# Dun & Bradstreet # Cage Code: Small Business � Yes ___� No ___ Estimated Delivery Date: If available on a Pricelist, please provide a copy. � � � The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis.��All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 12:00 PM est. on 4 August 2020.��The Government will consider quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the Brand Name product cited.�� Items must be covered under the Manufacturer�s Warranty; Used or refurbished items will not be accepted.��Award will be made on an all or none basis.��All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to�donna.owens@navy.mil � � Government Point of Contact:� Donna Owens Email: donna.owens@navy.mil
