- Description The 48th Contracting Squadron, RAF Lakenheath, England, is considering whether or not to solicit in the near future for Research and Advisory Services in support of the 48th Fighter Wing�s Program Integration Office (PIO), as described in the attached �DRAFT� Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1). �All services will be based either at RAF Lakenheath, England, or through a virtual environment. We are considering the use of a firm-fixed-price contract with the period of performance for the contract to begin on 1 October 2020 and ending on 28 February 2021.� NOTE: �Although a �DRAFT� PWS is provided, this notice does not constitute a solicitation.� This notice is for market research and acquisition planning purposes only. Requested Information The following information is requested from interested companies.� The United States (US) Government will use this information to determine the best future acquisition strategy for this requirement. 1.� When the aforementioned service is formally solicited by the US Government, would your company be interested in providing a proposal? If so, then can you please provide the contact details of your company? 2.� How much time would your company require to provide a proposal? 3.� Does your company have experience working with multiple stakeholders? 4.� Does your company have experience assisting in negotiations under previous or current United States Air Force (USAF) contracts? 5.� Does your company have experience assisting in negotiations in the United Kingdom (UK)? 6.� Does your company have experience negotiating the execution of physical buildings? 7.� Does your company have a SECRET clearance? 8.� Based upon the attached �DRAFT� PWS attached, are there any aspects that are unclear and/or do not allow a clear understanding of the US Government�s requirements?� 9.� Based upon the attached �DRAFT� PWS attached, are there commercial industry practices that appear to differ greatly than what is being requested by the US Government under the anticipated, forthcoming solicitation? 10.� If interested, then please email the point of contact listed below.
