- The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond by completing the attached ""Sources Sought Response Form"" an email it to Rick Osborne at richard.l.osborne2.civ@mail.mil. Scope of Work: Work shall consist of furnishing all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, warranties and supervision necessary to remove the existing asphalt shingled roofs and install new 30-year Dimensional Shingled roofs for multiple buildings located on Camp Dawson near Kingwood, West Virginia. All work shall comply with trade standards and all applicable codes.
