- THIS AMENDMENT EXTENDS THE DUE DATE FOR PROPOSALS TO NOW BE 20 AUGUST 2020 AT 4:00pm US EST.� NO OTHER CHANGES WERE MADE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� This requirement falls under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case SR-P-RBT.� The solicitation number is W912ER20R0039 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). PROJECT DESCRIPTION :� To perform a one-time inspection and assessment of the articulated Shiplift operating at King Abdulaziz Naval Base, Jubail, Saudi Arabia. �This contract provides for one inspection and subsequent reporting requirements.
