Description

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial Firm-Fixed- Price FAR 13 purchase order on a non-competitive basis with Lambda Labs Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of the following supply: Lambda Quad a) Operating System: Ubuntu 20.04 + Lambda Stack b) Software: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, Keras, CUDA, cuDNN c) Processor: 1x Xeon W-3265 (24 cores, 2.70 GHz)) + 10G Mobo d) CPU Cooler: Liquid Cooling e) GPUs: 4x RTX 8000 + NV Link f) Memory: 256 GB g) Operating System Drive: 2 TB SSD (NVMe) h) Data Drive: 2x 3.84 TB SATA SSD i) Warranty & Support: Three years of hardware coverage, plus technical support from a Lambda engineer. Lambda Labs is the sole-source for GPU based workstations that are out of the box ready for deployment for neural net research and support. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request. The applicable NAICS Code is 334111 and the business size standard is 1,250 Employees.
